Terms & conditions of sale

1. PRICES

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include sales tax.

2. TERMS OF PAYMENT

Our terms of payment are net 30 days from date of invoice unless otherwise stated. Overdue accounts will be suspended. Shipments and deliveries are always subject to credit approval. Title to goods shall not pass until the invoice has been paid in full.

3. MANAGEMENT FEES

A management fee of 2% per month (24% per annum) will be charged for all outstanding accounts.

4. RETURN OF MERCHANDISE

No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization. A standard handling fee of 15% will be charged for returned merchandise. This fee may vary depending on the manufacturer’s return policy. There are no returns accepted on fabricated, cut, assembled, pipe, solvent and special order products.

5. CLAIMS

All claims for damage must be addressed to the carrier where applicable. We are not responsible for damaged goods. Claims for shortages must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Claims for invoicing errors must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.

6. WARRANTIES

Products are accompanied by manufacturers’ warranties. In the event of a manufacturing defect, MAGBROOKE will, at its option, repair, replace or credit the product. Abuse, misuse or negligence will void this warranty.

7. SPECIAL ORDERS

A deposit may be required for special merchandise orders and no cancellation is possible.

8. AVAILABILITY OF MERCHANDISE

All products are subject to prior sale. Products may not be available at all locations, in which case additional freight charges may apply. Please contact customer service to confirm availability and prices.
