Terms & conditions of sale<\/h2>\n

1. PRICES<\/h3>\n

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include sales tax.<\/p>\n

2. TERMS OF PAYMENT<\/h3>\n

Our terms of payment are net 30 days from date of invoice unless otherwise stated. Overdue accounts will be suspended. Shipments and deliveries are always subject to credit approval. Title to goods shall not pass until the invoice has been paid in full.<\/p>\n

3. MANAGEMENT FEES<\/h3>\n

A management fee of 2% per month (24% per annum) will be charged for all outstanding accounts.<\/p>\n

4. RETURN OF MERCHANDISE<\/h3>\n

No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization. A standard handling fee of 15% will be charged for returned merchandise. This fee may vary depending on the manufacturer’s return policy. There are no returns accepted on fabricated, cut, assembled, pipe, solvent and special order products.<\/p>\n

5. CLAIMS<\/h3>\n

All claims for damage must be addressed to the carrier where applicable. We are not responsible for damaged goods. Claims for shortages must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Claims for invoicing errors must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.<\/p>\n

6. WARRANTIES<\/h3>\n

Products are accompanied by manufacturers’ warranties. In the event of a manufacturing defect, MAGBROOKE will, at its option, repair, replace or credit the product. Abuse, misuse or negligence will void this warranty.<\/p>\n

7. SPECIAL ORDERS<\/h3>\n

A deposit may be required for special merchandise orders and no cancellation is possible.<\/p>\n

8. AVAILABILITY OF MERCHANDISE<\/h3>\n

All products are subject to prior sale. Products may not be available at all locations, in which case additional freight charges may apply. Please contact customer service to confirm availability and prices.<\/p>\n

\nPipes in lengths of 10′ and\/or 20′.<\/p>\n

*Surcharge:<\/strong> <\/em>Cost of carrier fuel surcharge.
\nWe can offer freight prepaid and charged to your invoice for customers who do not have a carrier or an agreement with one. Ask our customer service department for a quote.<\/p>\n

On-site delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is present during delivery to unload and provide access to the job site. Additional charges may apply if the carrier has to return at another time or if the waiting time is longer than 15 minutes.
\nCustomers must ensure they have the necessary equipment for unloading. Notify us at the time of order if you require a hydraulic elevator for unloading. A $60 fee will apply.
\nMagbrooke is not responsible for any delays caused by on-site delivery.<\/p>\n
